Upon entering, you will find a modern full bathroom with a shower on the right. On the left, the functional and well-equipped kitchen connects to a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a charming dining area. From the living room, access a peaceful patio furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The main bedroom, located to the right of the living room, includes a double bed (2.00 x 1.50 m) and a large window that fills the room with natural light.
The location is unbeatable and quiet, allowing guests to walk to Seville’s most iconic monuments within minutes. Nearby, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, traditional bars, and shops, providing an authentic city experience.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

The location is amazing, central to all the sights and loads of great restaurants. Sarah who manges the property was very helpful and quick to respond. They organized a tour for us that was excellent. The apartment was on the ground floor which was great for bags but in February was a little damp. It has a great heating system though and we were able to offset some of this.

Lovely apartment right in the centre but quiet. Great communication from the host who was extremely responsive. Couldn’t fault this stay. Thankyou to Ana and her team.

Very walkable to cathedral. Nice area. Apartment was clean spacious and attractive. Exterior gate / lock system is confusing
