Cosy and modern 45 m² accommodation, with sea and city views.
It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community and children's swimming pool open during the season, tennis court, 1 Television, iron.
The American kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash alternatively.
- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

The location was good, close to many bars, restaraunts and shops etc. Key collection and drop off was easy enough, with the office not too far away from the apartment.
The apartment is very basic and quite compact, it would definitely be a bit of a squeeze if there were 45 adults staying in it. There was a 200 Euro deposit when collecting the keys which is definately excessive as there was nothing in the apartment worth any value at all. Although there was towels, there were no toiletries such as shower Gel, shampooeven hand soap. It would be nice to have some of that on arrival, especially hand soap in the bathroom.
