The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This was the second March that we rented this property. We enjoyed the deck and pool area in the backyard. The home was very clean. There is plenty of room for the four adults that stayed for the month. The only suggestion that I would make is that it is time to replace the kitchen refrigerator and clothes dryer. We had to request service techs for these two items. Once again this year, Michelle Menard was very professional, friendly and efficient.

The month was wonderful. The home was the best location that we have rented over the past eight years in going to Key West. The backyard pool was so nice along with the new decking on the back porch. The only suggestion that I would make is to trim back the bushes at the end of the driveway. It was difficult to see oncoming traffic and pedestrians while backing out and they were very close to the usual, Michelle, Compass Realty, was very helpful prior to checking in and during our stay.

Immaculately clean house with all basic needs included! Located on a golf course and a short drive to beaches and Duval. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Great outdoor space. We enjoyed our interactions with the PM and look forward to a return visit next year.
