Enjoy a home away from home at this centrally-located place. Montrose is a "stay here, play everywhere" destination. We are sure that after a day of exploring and adventuring, you will feel like you are at at home when you stay at Park Place. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has everything you need including a full kitchen, dining area and living room. It has has lots of outdoor spaces to relax in and a fire-pit to warm up next to on the cool evenings.

This place was super clean. A few minor issues like a light bulb needed to be replaced, new batteries needed for the thermostat and a wall clock, and a toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The kitchen had no basic condiments like cooking oil, salt or pepper so you do have to bring your condiments.

The house was great! Very nicely decorated, very clean. Excellent amenities provided. The lock box on the front door was one of the best ones I have used. We appreciated the free beer from the Horsefly Brewery! We had an excellent meal there. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

We had a lovely stay at this home! It was a great location for us to explore the national park as well as take some time for rafting and just enjoying the smaller town. The host left lots of great recommendations and small touches to help make our stay more comfortable.
