This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is convenient to popular area attractions including Downtown Palm Springs, Palm Springs Street Fest, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Indian Canyons hiking trails, Palm Springs International Film Festival, the Air Museum, many valley golf courses, Palm Springs Outlet Mall shopping, hockey at the new arena, and concerts at the casino or arena.
Pool Heat is available upon request and is only available for the entire stay.

Beautiful home and property!We loved the huge open space that is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and entry with pool table! The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large TV for movie nights. However, most of our time was spent enjoying the pool, lounging in the sun, playing in the grass, or eating at the table on the covered patio. The backyard is completely private. Communication was great, along with an easy checkin/checkout process!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and check-out smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!
