GARDENIA apartment is on the first floor of the building near the entrance to the large PASCIÀ residence in Oggebbio. The bright living room has a well-equipped open kitchen, a dining table, a TV and two sofas that become single beds. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The windows are new with anti-noise glass. The room has a lake view, a double bed and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. At guests' disposal a small balcony near the entrance door of the apartment overlooking the internal courtyard furnished with a table and two chairs. The washing machine is on the ground floor near the reception, for a fee. At the disposal of the guests of the residence there are, in addition to many parking spaces, 2 tennis courts, two swimming pools, a children's playground, a private beach directly on the lake with a dock for boats and a huge park full of flowers. In 5 min. on foot you can reach the small village near the complex with a small supermarket and a restaurant, in just 5 minutes. by car you can reach the nearby towns such as GHIFFA, CANNERO and CANNOBIO.

First the positive: we went as a family with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot the quick and easy pool and lake access. Everything was very clean and easy to use. We kept our SUPs at the lake for 2 weeks. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help with questions. We had issues with the WiFi and got a replacement. The negative: The apartment is heading to the street (Via Nazionale). It is a main road with a lot of traffic and must be crossed to get to the pool/lake, which is not much of a problem for older kids. But the really annoying thing is the noise. It can become very hot in the apartment in summer and there is no air condition. But with open windows, it is not possible to have a conversation in the room or to come to sleep. Even with windows closed the noise is terrible in the night. The windows have only very old insulation against noise and heat and are a single layer of glass. We would only recommend the apartment for a one night stop during a trip. Also our daughter fell out of the bunk bed and got hurt, because there was no dropping barrier. Since we wanted to keep the kitchen separate as we usually do not get up at the same time, we ended up with sleeping all together in one bed or on the floor. We would not recommend to rent this apartment as a family with kids.
