Cozy and cozy completely new apartment in a unique environment and located in a palatial building from the 17th century full of popular Sevillian stories.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms, one of them with a private terrace. 3 bathrooms. Its careful decoration is inspired by joy and the 'elf' that is breathed in every corner of the city is reflected with the polka dots that dress its walls, making it an elegant, comfortable, and very special place.
Located in a tourist area and surrounded by the main monuments of the city. Once in the apartment you will not need transportation, you can visit all the monuments on foot such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, Santa Cruz neighborhood, and Jewish quarter. Fran was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The apartment was wonderful, clean, and spacious enough for my family of 6. We loved the outdoor areas, especially in the evenings. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Seville!

Excellent apartment -- could not ask for a better location! This apartment was beautiful and even better than the pictures show. Very centrally located and was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the host was great throughout the entire process. One thing to note is that there is an elevator to get to the apartment, but once inside, the apartment itself is 3 stories, with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor (which was perfect for our group, as stairs were not a problem). This place far exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay here again!

Great. Had a representative meet us outside the apartment on arrival to show us around and that was at 9 pm. Responsive group. We had no issues. Location of this building was perfect. Right in the mix. Easy walking to see all the things. Thanks!

Great apartment in lovely area. Walkable to restaurants, parks, shopping, and activities. Great roof balconies for added enjoyment and fun. Host accommodating, available, and helpful!
