This stunning 150 m² duplex boasts an unbeatable location on Lineros street, just steps from Plaza del Salvador and close to the Cathedral and Giralda.
The home features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite), a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three private terraces with garden furniture: two 80 m² terraces on the upper floor and one 40 m² terrace on the lower floor, a true luxury to enjoy Seville’s climate.
Access is through an elegant hall connecting two bedrooms, the bathrooms, and a private terrace. On the other side is the kitchen, a third bedroom, and a cozy living room. From the living room, stairs lead up to the fourth bedroom and the two upper terraces, all beautifully decorated.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Great location. Walk to everything. Really enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Would definitely stay again if going to Seville.

Rooms were spotless and we were very happy overall. The shower curtain in the bathroom was a little disappointing, but I’m sure that maybe it could not be fixed before our arrival. A couple of us needed extra pillows on each bed, but luckily there were spare beds to take them from. The quilt and sheets setup was a bit annoying — we would have preferred separate sheets and a quilt inside a cover.Ideal location. In actual fact it was perfect. We have all fallen in love with Seville.

We had a very nice stay. This apartment was nice, spacious and beautiful. Rooftop terrace was amazing and location is perfect. The only minor things were that the WiFi did not work in certain areas and there were a couple dirty dishes in the cabinet. Very minimal inconvenience is comparison to our amazing time in Seville. We would definitely stay again!
