No smoking policy.Two bedrooms one with a very comfortable double bed and en suite,The second bedroom has two comfy single beds.Fully equipt kitchen with washing machine microwave toaster and full compliment of pottery and cooking utensils, WiFi.Only 5 mins from the motorway M6.

It's pretty good and I'd recommend it, but the location isn't great if you need to visit a big store. The host is very friendly.

Excellent communication with landlord and very helpful, stayed with family and they all love it. The property is specious, clean and very welcoming. I intend to visit again soon. The area is colourful with beautiful houses and greenery.

I visited family and friends in Buckshaw village. Ian showed prior to our arrival everything to my daughter. Thank you for that. He was always very helpful and responded quickly. The apartment was very tidy and clean. It is cozy and well equipped. We’ll definitely stay there again.
