Modern fitted kitchen and bathroom.
Good location.
You need to describe in the description the deck is not private and accessible to anyone. This did not make me feel safe on my own in the apartment and meant the shutters were closed a lot on that door. Glad I wasn't traveling alone with children. People were walking past and looking in.
The building is pretty run down with no deck for most of the apartments on that floor.
