Spacious waterfront 1/1 in a great location near shops and restaurants and a 2-3 minute drive to the beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner.

Relax by the pool and at the end of the day watch a Netflix movie on the 75" smart tv. J.P. Luby beach is right down the road as well as other attractions. Bring your boat and dock it at your own dedicated boat slip or fish right outside your door.
Inside you'll have everything you need including a full kitchen, comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa and roomy bedroom with a king size bed.

The condo was amazing, all that I expected. Very clean, well kept. View from patio is amazing. Would definitely stay here again. If you have a boat, boat slip is very convenient next to condo. Can't wait for my next trip.

Property is very nice. Always clean and neat. Close to restaurants and whitecap beach is close Communization with owner is excellent
