We have a new Ultraviolet AC system, Dehumidifier and an Eden Pure air purifier for fresh purified air. “Silver Sands” at Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! Once you visit us, we know you will want to come back again and again. This 1st floor unit is the Ultimate in convenience, park next to your sliding glass doors to the living room for jumping in your car or for loading and unloading. Designated Beach Access is only about 50 yds. from your outside balcony to get to be down on the beach with sand between your toes! Large pool available with hot tub.
Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.
For your comfort we now have a brand new 'Stearns & Foster' mattress.
We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

• Double-bunk beds in galley hall
• Free Wi-Fi
• New Bose radio system with iPod charger/player

• New full flow chlorine-eliminator shower head in bath for a great

The property was very stocked which was very convenient. I would recommend looking at what is needed before heading to the store because they probably have it already:-) check in was easy, very close to the beach which was not crowded at all since it is private and pictures can not even do the water any justice. Would definitely rent this unit again

We come to Destin almost every summer. We usually stay at this complex but this was our first time renting the same unit in successive years. The host, Paul, is very communicative and accommodating. We were, unfortunately, renting during renovations to the complex but Paul communicated frequently with updates - what the crew was working on, what that meant for us, etc. On the day of our arrival, Paul even sent a text to let us know the unit was ready an hour early. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We'll likely stay again in the years to come.

Paul is great to work with. Everything was great with our stay. We have stayed in his condo several times and will be coming back again. I highly recommend this rental.

The location is great, right across the street from the beach. Several restaurants nearby, not far from groceries and activities. We had some issues with checking in with the place not being ready upon arrival (hadn’t been cleaned, people were painting inside and working on the patio door). We also weren’t informed about construction on the patio making it unusable. Construction on the building started every morning at 8:00 (except Sunday) with pounding all day long. The owner hasn’t responded to my question about the construction and debris in the parking lot (nails etc). We would definitely stay in the Mirimar beach area again.
