Welcome to 15 Wren Drive! This four bedroom, four and half bathroom home can sleep up to eleven guests and is located within walking distance to the beach in Sea Pines. A quick five to six minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand!
As you enter the home, you are on the main level - which is elevated by a flight of stairs. The fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area are located by the spacious living room. In the living room there is a 70" flat screen television, a full bathroom + direct access to the screened in porch and wraparound deck.
The first three bedrooms are located up a small flight of stairs. The first bedroom has a king bed (master bedroom), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three of these bedrooms have private bathrooms and flat screen televisions.
Downstairs below the main level, you'll find the final bedroom. The fourth bedroom is ground level and has four twin beds + one twin pull out trundle. There is a half bathroom next to this bedroom + direct access to the pool deck area from the bedroom. There is a full bathroom located upstairs by the living room.
This home has both a private pool and spa that are able to be heated seasonally only for an additional fee. Seating options are sprinkled around the pool deck area as well.
The home is located conveniently close to the beach and close to South Beach Marina where there are shops, restaurants, water sports, tennis/pickleball, seasonal live music & the famous Salty Dog Café.

• Distance to Beach: Five to Six Minute Walk to the Beach
• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool is approximately 25’ by 10’. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

We have rented this property before and have had great experiences all times. The house is fully loaded in the kitchen and beach activity department. The property should have plastic glasses to use down around the pool. Other than that it is a great property.

It was a great house. Had 9 people and we were all comfortable. The pool light wasn’t working so called and they brought some little lights that mainly just floated on top of the water. Didn’t really light up the pool. A couple of the teens saw some roaches in the downstairs back room, but didn’t really see them anywhere else. If you book this house make sure to take some bug spray because we did get bit a lot out by the pool/hot tub. The house is not well lit in the evening and myself and my mother have difficulty seeing in dim lighting. During the day the skylights give a lot of light. Overall would recommend this home. Also as a consideration before booking, if you’re an avid sunbather, the pool doesn’t have much sun on it, lots of trees around it.

This was everything we needed, close to the beach with a serene backyard oasis. The only downside would be for those wanting to sunbathe. The pool gets very little direct sun But it's great for swimming and playing. Screened porch is great.

This was a great property for a multi-generational group like ours - plenty of room, lots to do thanks to the game/book/movie closet (rainy weather) and beach equipment/toys/carts for the sunny weather. We didn't use the pool as much as we thought we would due to tons of mosquitos, but otherwise this property was perfect. And such a convenient walk to the beach!
