Clearwater Haven — Secluded Beach & Bushland Retreat (sleeps 6 adults/children + 2 infants)
Overlooking the clear waters of Nepean Bay, Clearwater Haven sits on 107 acres of rolling countryside and 30+ acres of native bush. A private 200m walk through native vegetation leads to 7km of sandy beach and calm, shallow waters — perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing and family swimming. Watch kangaroos and wallabies graze while an echidna wanders by, then enjoy the sunset from the large entertainment deck.
The home (built 2011) features modern, open-plan living ideal for three couples, two small families or a larger family group. Comfortable sleeping for up to 6 adults and 2 infants (2 queen beds, 2 singles, 2 cots). All bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains for a restful night.
Comfort & convenience
- Luxury Sheridan bed linen, bath and beach towels provided; cot linen on request
- Fully equipped kitchen: full oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, well-stocked kitchenware, plus welcome coffee, tea and milk
- Laundry with washing machine and detergent
- Split bathroom with vanity, shower and full-sized bath, and toilet all separate — family friendly. Hand and body soap supplied
- Child-friendly: 2 cots, highchair, booster seat, two baby baths, children’s dishes/cutlery, nightlight, non-slip bath mat, toys, books and kids’ DVDs
- Board games, movies and books for rainy days or relaxed evenings
Outdoor living & activities
- Large deck and BBQ — ideal for evening drinks and dining after a day exploring
- Direct, on-property beach access for swimming or kayaking. Launch your boat from the council boat ramp 1 km away
- On-property bushwalking through gum trees and native grass trees; abundant birdlife and wildlife viewing
- Fishing from the beach or by boat

Could have short metal tongs for bbq instead of p,attic ends which could melt. It would be extremely helpful if a rail was outside the main front steps for elderly or disabled people.

Wonderful holiday home and in every way as described. Ori sent through an information pack beforehand which contained everything we needed. Easy to check in and out with the keys in a lock box. The house is beautifully secluded and a short stroll from a stunning beach. There were plenty of books and toys to entertain our 20-month-old. We spotted a goanna, many birds and kangaroos on the property. At night it was completely dark and silent - fantastic.Kitchen was fully equipped (only a pair of scissors was missing) and there is a good collection of board games and dvds.The only suggestion we would have is perhaps install a “children playing” sign along the driveway; it is a shared driveway with a property out the back and we noticed three different cars during our stay, one of which tore through at a fairly high speed. Overall a wonderful stay, we hope to come again sometime in the future!

Thank you for our wonderful stay! The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped. It stayed cool inside despite extreme temperatures outside and we all slept very well. Wildlife all around, beautiful to watch the wallabies cross the garden. And the beach, which we had mostly for ourselves, is just stunning! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
