La nostra referente Alessandra molto gentile, disponibile, discreta, solare è stato un vero piacere averla come referente prima che arrivassimo e durante il soggiorno.
L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato pulito, veramente a due passi dal centro e con una bellissima vista lago.
Abbiamo gradito il welcome kit, e anche il mini set occorrente in cucina per i piatti, piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Abbiamo usato phon e TV e funzionavano senza problemi.Siamo rimasti veramente contenti.
Difficile a dirsi, per i giorni che abbiamo fatto non abbiamo riscontrato nulla che non andasse bene.

L'appuntamento è pulito e completo di tutto il necessario,il nostro riferimento è stata Alessandra gentile e disponibile, la posizione è strategica perché vicina al centro, alla stazione ferroviaria...ci piacerebbe ritornare.

Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era pulito e caldo
Sull’annuncio era segnalata la presenza del forno che però ahimè non c’era. La stanza da letto presenta segni di umidità soprattutto sul soffitto. Consigliamo un maggior numero di stoviglie/posate/biancheria per la casa, specialmente per quando l’appartamento viene utilizzato da più persone. Il divano-letto non è comodissimo, ma per soggiorni molto brevi ci si può adattare.
Complessivamente comunque abbiamo avuto un’esperienza positiva.
