Ideally located on the first row of the Seignosse golf course: Three large panoramic windows open onto the 100 m² terrace overlooking the 18th hole green, directly across from the No. 1 tee.
You have direct access to the golf course through the garden: Hole No. 1 and the clubhouse are just 100 m away.
Golf carts are at your disposal.
Beach: Seignosse boasts 6 kilometers of beautiful, fine-sand beaches. A true paradise for surfers:
13 surf schools and more than 40 surf instructors welcome you at the spots for safe learning.
The beaches of Seignosse Océan are considered the best sandy-bottom surf spots (“beach breaks”) in Europe—and even the world!
Pool: 8 m x 4 m. Two wide steps spanning the entire width of the pool allow for easy entry into the water. The south-facing orientation and the heat pump guarantee an ideal water temperature (27–30 °C) in the summer.
The retractable, motorized cover ensures a secure seal—maximum safety for children and reduced heat loss at night.
Saltwater treatment (no added chlorine).
Maintenance is performed weekly by a professional service.
Inflatable pool toys are available.
Four lounge chairs and a table with six armchairs make the pool terrace a sheltered, secluded retreat.
The terrace facing the golf course, with two lounge chairs, a table, and six armchairs made of exotic wood, is the ideal spot to enjoy lunch or dinner in the shade. The kitchen is accessible directly through the large sliding door.
The Weber gas grill is perfect for grilling the excellent Chalosse beef, and the gas plancha takes care of the rest!
The house is very well maintained. The full set of amenities also includes a travel crib and a high chair. The American-style fridge-freezer provides as many ice cubes as you’d like.
The Bose soundbar lets you listen to your playlists and enjoy the many channels available on the 65-inch smart TV or via the Astra satellite receiver.
A dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and iron make your daily life easier.
A ping-pong table with paddles and balls is located in the enclosed garage beneath the house.
The villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic.
No noise disturbance from street or air traffic.

We had a wonderful holiday here, everything you could want and wish for in a French villa

For my family this villa is just perfect. We play golf and got a great deal for two weeks golf. The villa itself is we'll equipped with a lovely pool. It is just great having meals on one of the two decks looking at Les Landes. There are now some good restaurants nearby. I love the place.

"This villa and location are excellent-the house has everything you would need and provides very peaceful and serene surroundings yet only a stone's throw from any amenities you would need. Would definitely recommend this property and would certainly revisit it. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating."
