Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: Located approximately 0.5 miles away, this popular beach access offers a small parking area (approx. $3 for parking) and bathroom facilities. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park beach access, and beach service is not available.
- Walton Dunes: Situated about 2 miles west at the end of Beachfront Trail, this Walton County beach access provides parking and easy beach access.
- Santa Clara: Located near Bramble Grove Road, approximately 3.5 miles west of Prominence, Santa Clara beach access offers parking and bathroom facilities.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access located about 0.5 miles east of Prominence. While parking is not available, it makes for a pleasant bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Situated just past the Gulf Lakes access, Sea Breeze is another Walton County beach access. Parking and bathroom facilities are not available, but there is a shower.
