We did a surprise family reunion for my dad. Everyone was so impressed by the property. My brother is handicapped. It was incredibly hard to find a place in Flagstaff that was accommodating for a wheelchair ie no stairs. And that had enough decent sized beds to accommodate mostly adults. The coffee pot had a chunk missing when we got there. I notified the property. They had a whole new coffee machine, coffee, and filters delivered to the front door. I thought that was so nice. Everyone raved about the kitchen and supplies on multiple occasions. We had the best time. Thank you!

It was a beautiful place. It had all the items we needed to feel at home and cook a good meal. The location was perfect close to everything we needed - gas, stores, parks and fun getaways.

The house was cleaner that past reviews. The house is not as big as it looks. There’s not enough seating for 12-14 and the water heater isn’t adequate. It’s on a busy street corner with a school across the street. We knew what the kids were having for lunch every day as we could hear the schools loudspeaker. Also, there’s a three car limit that is not in the description. If you have more than three cars, they can end your rental. This would be good to know before booking!I think communication could be improved and customer service is lacking.
