This fabulous cottage features a bright open floor plan with sliders that open out to 2 beautiful patios looking out over Follins Pond, the headwaters of the Bass River. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a kayak out to the Nantucket Sound.
The open concept great room has beautiful views and breezes, comfy seating, a gas burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV.
There is a large master with a king size bed, gas fireplace and sitting room, a second room with a twin over full bunk and a spiral staircase leading up to a big beautiful room with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs & a full bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen has a microwave, stove and dishwasher. There is also a convenient stackable washer/dryer.

Eat outdoors on the beautiful Trex deck or relax on the lower level patio with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Relax, swim or kayak off your private floating dock!!
Pet fee is an additional $50 per stay, except for weekly stays when it is $100 per stay.
Dennis has 16 beaches to enjoy on both the ocean & bay. 3 public golf courses are nearby. We like The Bass River Golf Course.
3 miles from Dennis village with shops, ice cream parlor & restaurants.
5 minute drive to beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches (Corporation, Mayflower).
3 minutes from recreational park with tennis courts and nature trails

This was our second year spending time at Sunset Cottage and it was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome even though she does not live locally on the Cape. The cottage location is perfect- quiet and peaceful but still close to all our favorite places. We will be back!

The photos don’t do the property justice. The view is excellent and the home is clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The kayaks were a great treat to use and the entire process and communication with the host was smooth. Make sure you enjoy a slow morning and sunset on the Adirondack chairs by the dock. My wife and I saw a seal float on by as the sun was going down. Even better- the home is in the middle of it all. The location of the house gives you equidistant access to almost anything you could want from sandwich to orleans. Beyond that, up the cape, it starts to become a 35 minute drive - but that’s fine if you’re going up for the day! Highly recommend, don’t hesitate to book if this one is available for your dates! We thought the price was well worth it.

Stunning property with incredible views. The host was outstanding with communication including a fantastic list of restaurants, activities and more. Highly recommend!
