Great comfort and large spaces for this welcoming villa surrounded by 20 hectares of perfectly maintained wooded grounds. The place was indeed designed for leisure: beautiful 15x5 swimming pool with electric roller shutter, fully equipped summer kitchen.
The villa offers a neat and friendly contemporary decoration, with five en-suite bedrooms including one dedicated to children. All air-conditioned.
**Ground floor**: •Entrance •Living room with living room (fireplace/satellite TV) and dining room •Fully equipped open kitchen and back kitchen with additional fridge •Guest toilet • Laundry room
* Bedroom 1: 160 bed, full bathroom en suite - bath, shower and toilet
* Bedroom 2: bed of 160 and bed of 140 in mezzanine, bathroom en suite - shower and toilet
* Bedroom 3: bed of 90 and three beds of 90 in mezzanine, sitting area with table football, bathroom en suite - shower and toilet.
* Bedroom 4: independent suite, 140 bed, bathroom – shower and toilet
**First Floor**:
* Bedroom 5: 70m2 master suite, panoramic view of the Alpilles, bed of 180, private lounge/dressing room, bathroom en suite (shower and toilet) •Terrace with panoramic view of the Alpilles
**External**:
•Courtyard/poolhouse with full summer kitchen, large table and relaxation area •Garden furniture •Outdoor shower
Table tennis table, petanque court....
Linen, towels and bath linen are provided. Beds are prepared just before your arrival. You will find cosmetics in the bathrooms and some cold drinks in the fridge.

If you have a large family (>10) and want to spend a few days together in an isolated location but still near St Remy . . . this is perfect. I would have scored it higher except during our stay the weather was not so great, but otherwise it would have been perfect. Excellent welcome, when the pool needed some attention a man came to fix it. Really good - recommended!

We were a group of 12 and there was more than ample space for us all.
The property grounds are simply stunning and well maintained, beautiful space with beautiful views, not to mention the horses, fruit trees and pool. It was an absolute gem driving through the driveway each day and sitting outside in the evenings watching the sun go down.
Booking the property was extremely easy with the team being most responsive and helpful. Similarly with Dominique who was our contact once at the home and who gave us such a lovely warm welcome.
We are all missing Mas de Paniere and wish we were back there.

We stayed at the property for two weeks. Totally enjoyed the house and pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all en suite and well appointed.
We made good use of the kitchen and dining area for breakfasts, some dinners and later card playing. Sound system was a good option.
The house had a high chair and some games. The property is huge for running around the grass and viewing the next door neighbor horses.
We would return to this place again and know our family and friends would as well.
Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Idéale maison contemporaine pour 4 couples. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec dressing, salles de bain et toilettes. Vue magnifique sur les Alpilles. Très calme et reposante.
