You are only 3 miles from downtown and can easily get there or other locations within Steamboat with on-call shuttle service (winter only).
Trailhead Lodge also boasts the best amenities in town. The pool area is unrivaled, offering a large, heated pool and 3 Rocky Mountain-style hot tubs, all with gorgeous mountain views. You’ll also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room (with a pool table and foosball table), and a beautiful community grilling area with 2 large gas grills and a fire pit.
Trailhead Lodge 3114 is a fantastic corner end unit that is suitable for everyone. The unit itself features mountain modern, high-end fixtures and finishes throughout, along with stunning mountain and valley views.
The enticing open living area is a great place to relax and warm up by the gas fireplace, or watch a game, movie, or show on the large flat-screen TV and take in the scenic vistas.
The full kitchen is highlighted by gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook a meal.
Eat, drink, or play a game or some cards at the sizable dining table with six chairs. Kitchen counter seating is also available.
The living area also has a nice workstation, complete with desk and chair, making Trailhead Lodge 3114 a great option for your remote working needs.
You can also access the private balcony off the living area and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.
The two bright en suites are on opposite sides of the living area. One offers a king bed, large flat screen TV, views, access to the balcony, a closet, lots of drawer storage, and the attached, spacious and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
The other en suite has a queen bed, large flat screen TV, views, a closet, lots of drawer storage and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also access to this bathroom from the hallway.
A washer/dryer is in the unit for your convenience.

Overall lovely well appointed condo. Loved having A/C during the hot weather! Very clean. Hot tubs are fabulous with nicely designed water features providing privacy from outside activity. Great building for families with the game room and pool. Unfortunately the view shown in the listing no longer exists due to ongoing construction of condos across from the property. We did get to watch from the balcony a hot air balloon land and takeoff again which was fun. A couple little picky things that could be added to bump up to 5 stars include a better coffee maker and hair dryers. The coffee maker couldn’t handle making a full pot without overflowing the filter and it was super slow. I thought one of the hair dryers was wimpy but my husband thought they were fine. The wooden slat shades in the master bedroom had a couple of broken pieces which allowed light to shine in directly into our faces in the morning, but the host said they are currently being replaced. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive and available. Check-in is offsite, but instructions were excellent and it all went very smoothly. Location is not ideal to ski time Square. However, the restaurant Brick across from the building is excellent!

The property was great, though a major selling point for us was the Wildhorse Gondola right outside. The Gondola had very unreliable operating hours and we got stuck at the base a couple times trying to get back with gear and small children.

The condo was better than we expected! It was very comfortable and well maintained. It is also in a great location with easy access to downtown steamboat and right next to the gondola. We would definitely stay there again.
