Maddison is found in a quiet, picturesque cul-de-sac, in the heart of the village. Fronting a beautiful internal nature reserve, scattered with Snow gums, this is the ideal location for a family, with the perfect spot for the kids to play safely outside in the snow, whilst you relax and watch on from the comfort of the entertaining areas or outside deck.
With its warm, cosy atmosphere Maddison is beautifully finished with a stylish and neutral décor. The ground floor offers entrance hall, drying room and laundry, modern kitchen (with under floor heating) and bathroom and large bedroom. But the showpiece is the spacious and bright open plan living and dining area with direct access onto an amazing, enclosed, north facing deck with views of the nature reserve.
Upstairs is a large landing with BIR and 2 more bedrooms both with BIR, one with ensuite and mezzanine. With an abundance of storage space for all your gear the property can easily be set up for guest bookings without having to load up the car.
The property offers all the charm and character you wish for in your fairy tale winter retreat, with all the modern creature comforts you would expect in your own home.
