5-bedroom, 2-bath home in a safe, pleasant neighborhood within walking distance to Notre Dame Stadium. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences with easy access around town. Features central heating and cooling, a partially fenced backyard with patio deck and BBQ grill. Layout includes 3 beds/1 bath on the main floor and 2 beds/1 bath in the basement.
For football weekends or major events, enjoy free parking at 1609 Oak Park Dr—just a 15-minute walk to the stadium, and if you need more beds just let me know ahead of time.

The host and location of the place were great. The amenities were a little more standard and bare but I think it’s a fantastic spot for a large group who plans to sleep and not necessarily entertain. Cozy and comfortable.

The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. There were no measuring spoons or measuring cups. The plates and cups were poor quality and insufficient. There were no non-breakable cups for kids. There was only one coffee mug in this 5-bedroom house (the coffee cups were small), and maybe 9 mismatched plates. The coffee maker took FOREVER and needs to be replaced. And there is no dishwasher. Highlight: Great 4-slice toaster.The downstairs with 2 bedrooms smelled moldy. The sink in the downstairs bathroom had 2 large holes in it and didn't drain properly. The hot water was scalding--dangerously hot--such that one adult in our party was burned even though she was being cautious.The money for that weekend alone is enough to fix most of the flaws. Time to upgrade.
