Enjoy this park view stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
We’re located in the heart of Albany right across from the park with an amazing view right from the window. This apartment will give you an excluded feel from the world but at the same time your only steps away from a bunch of poplar bars, restaurants, and bunch local stores which also features some mom and pop shops.
Street parking is available, bus line is right across the street and everything is in close proximity. Even Albany medical center is in close walking distance for all and anyone that maybe in the medical field.

The place was well put together and the neighbourhood is warm and welcoming. A lot of places to eat in the area and there’s a park across the street for everyone to enjoy.

Great apartment. Very old Albany building with steep wooden stairs. Be careful going up and down to and from the third floor. A little rickety.

Great apartment in an historic row house across from Washington park. Walking distance to restaurants and a mile from Empire Plaza.
