We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was perfect for our family of 11 and dog, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The location was fantastic—right on the beach and close to everything we needed. Even though neighboring homes were nearby, the house felt private, and we could hardly hear any outside noise from inside.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our favorite feature was the large deck with plenty of seating, where we spent hours enjoying the views, relaxing together, and making great family memories.We highly recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable beachfront getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great property and Bolivar Vacations is a pleasure to do business with. This was our second year to stay at this house and we'll be back next year. Not only is the house big, comfortable, and well appointed, but Bolivar Vacations has excellent customer service. They communicate quickly and give you comprehensive information all the way down to how to operate appliances and more. They made our stay easy and stress free. Book this property with confidence.

The house was just ok.The kitchen was way too crowded with chairs but that was the only eating area. What people might need to know is that the house is on stilts. There are 30 stairs up. Also,because it is so high it sways all the time. We got there on a red flag day so the house was rocking!As far as the house,there was not enough family room or showers for 13 of us. The toilet seat in the bathroom was totally loose
and would slide around. It
was very irritating. Overall we enjoyed our beach time and the warm days and found some really great places to eat.
