In the resort Dervio, 9 km from the centre of Varenna, 30 km from the centre of Lecco, in a central position, 700 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: park 2'500 m2 (fenced), natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (4 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking (for 5 cars). Shop 150 m, supermarket 110 m, restaurant 240 m, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop 270 m, railway station 450 m, ferry 700 m, pebble beach "Dervio" 600 m. The house was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable for a family of 7 adults. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and hiking options were walkable. Bus and water transportation was within walking distance. We would return to this house.

Great location. Beautiful house. Nice grounds. Has a nice pool and outside dining area. Could be improved with small touches: fans for the hot days, extra pillows and towels, pool towels for the guests, a better equipped kitchen, better stocked toilets. The fridge is from the 1950s.All that said, we loved our stay.

Beautiful house great communication, clean and we had a great time. The kids loved the pool, amazing ground and so convenient for lake, train to Milan and lovely restaurants nearby. Never needed the car and would highly recommend.
