Your next beachside holiday awaits at this beautiful coastal home.
Fabulously positioned between the stunning backdrop of Mount Coolum, a 2 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute drive to Noosa.
Located in the popular Boardwalk Estate this property has just been freshly styled for your comfort featuring brand new furnishings with guest convenience and relaxing in mind. Fully fenced, private heated swimming pool, multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas all in a family and dog friendly setting.
This beautiful home has an open, light and bright airy feel. All living areas seamlessly flow into each other and into the wonderful outdoor spaces.
Two of the bedrooms have super comfortable King sized beds, the third bedroom has two twin singles and the fourth a double with garden views - all have built in robes and ceiling fans. The Master suite has own bathroom, ensuite, reverse cycle a/c, T.V with Netflix and walk-in wardrobe.
There is an additional day bed (in the living area) which doubles as the extra single bed if you have nine guests.
The TV area is cozy with super comfy couch, TV with Netflix and connects into the living and kitchen areas, this area also has reverse cycle air-conditioning. There are board games for the whole family to enjoy and unlimited wifi.
The outdoor lounge area features quality furniture, BBQ and overlooks the swimming pool. There is also a second outdoor dining area off the living area.
The yard is fully fenced with manicured gardens, grassy areas and is safe for children and the family dog (well trained dogs only please).
Walk to the beach straight from the house along a stunning boardwalk - located less than 2 minutes from the front of the house. Curly's Cafe - a local favourite - is also just a couple of minutes walk for fantastic coffee and breakfast!

Property is in a great location, lovely bedrooms, good kitchen and handy having two bathrooms.New downlights had just been installed and they were so bright with no dimmers and no lamps so the ambience was not as good as it could have been.And for 4 girls and lots of wine to be consumed, very disappointing not having a decent set of wine glasses, some plastic ones and only about 2 glass ones, none matching.

Very clean and well equipped. Good location for us as we have friends in Coolum and Twin Waters. Easy walking everywhere and close to Curlys Cafe, the Boardwalk and beach and Mt Coolum IGA and shops. Our group consisted of grandparents, adult daughter and two teenage girls and the facilities suited all of us comfortably. The pool was well utilised!!Suggestions: a laundry basket would be handy and also different china that fits more easily into the dishwasher.A great place to stay and we would definitely come again. Thank you.

Loved the location. Very close to the dog friendly beach, walking paths and great cafes. Comfortable beds, dog friendly home and fabulous swimming pool, heated just enough to enjoy. Improvements for consideration include a clean with extra attention to detail, some extra cups and glasses and some placemats which would be welcome for larger groups. All in all, a lovely spot and relaxing holiday that accommodates the whole family, (fur babies included).

This place is a bit run down and therefore not good value but but it does have 4 bedrooms so that might be beneficial for some. Location is certainly great.
