The overall home was nicely upgraded and clean. Very light and bright. The beds were very comfortable.I would have to say a few things were looked over by house cleaning ie. Gross kitcher scrubber, no dish soap, empty foil, container, totally watered down soap containers in master bathroom, limited toilet paper, and paper towels, tide laundry soap was empty and had to use an all natural laundry soap that did not get the towels smelling great. Also, there were no blankets for the couch and it was pretty cold inside. But after a trip to the store to grab some of these items, it was a very nice stay.

Highly recommend! Family trip (5 adults & 1 infant). The back patio was perfect for the all to relax and enjoy our vacation. Plenty of umbrellas to keep us shaded on the 100 degree days . Pool was quickly serviced 2x while there. Grilling area was perfect for the nights we stayed in. Appreciated laundry available with our little one. Neighborhood was great for morning walks. Ran into a small plumbing issue which was immediately addressed. Centrally located to restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely return.

This is a wonderful property within walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to anything you would need for a longer stay. It's comfortable and had plenty of seating for our small group and with some nice areas to curl up with a paperback. My mother-in-law kept remarking how clean the house was and I have to agree, you can tell this is a very clean and highly maintained property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was a delight to prepare a few meals in. We loved the back doors that opened wide onto the backyard and pool, especially in the early evening. The only con (and it's a small one) would be that the master bath is open between it and the master bedroom (no door). That being said I will definitely be looking to book this house again if/when I return to Indian Wells. Wouldn't mind staying here for a month, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
