Come and spend a pleasant stay in this 45 m² flat, completely renovated and ideally located opposite the beach of Pen Guen in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo!
Warm and cosy, this flat is the perfect pied-à-terre for a stay for two!
It consists of a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with access to a first balcony, a bathroom as well as a second balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and the golf course, ideal to enjoy a relaxing moment outside!
Bed linen and towels provided. Free parking and private garage.

Located on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A beautiful and luminous living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table for 4 guests.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchenette: fridge with a freezer section, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.
Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a chest of drawers, a TV and direct access to a first balcony.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen, a washbasin, a washing machine, a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- Two balconies, one of 3 m², accessible from the bedroom is south-west facing, furnished with two chairs and with a view of the wooded park. The second one of 4 m², accessible from the living room, is equipped with two outdoor chairs and a table to enjoy a breakfast facing the sea at sunrise!
- The park of the residence is accessible to the tenants. The space is shared.

Jonc de Mer "We had a wonderful stay and would have liked to know what was missing before we arrived.
🙂 Proximity to the beach, great view of the ocean, nice cross ventilation and easy parking. Laundry machine and all appliances needed were there.
🙁 Linens were washed in heavily scented detergent which was not good for allergies and overall smelling. Unit had an odd odor, perhaps part of the laundry scents. Trash can was not cleaned behind the bag, dishwashing soap was missing, dish sponge provided was dirty, windows were dirty and needed cleaning to enjoy the view."
