Very well-utilised 55m2 accommodation, cosy and modern, with a comfortable terrace furnished with a table and chairs for pleasant evenings with views of the garden and pool. Located in a small complex with few properties, situated on the hill of San Agustín Beach, with a direct access to San Agustín beach 200 metres from the accommodation, a magnificent family beach with surrounding services.
The property is fully equipped and renovated, featuring 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed with capacity for 3 people, spacious living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The independent induction kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

A lovely good value, comfortable apartment. A bit of a climb from the beach and town. Nice to have access to a communal pool which was not heated. We had issues with the fan which were acted upon quickly with a new one being delivered. Had issues getting check in instructions but got it sorted eventually. Overall would recommend this apartment.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, muy cómodo, luminoso y muy tranquilo. La terraza maravillosa. Perfecto para pasar tiempo dentro y relajarte.
La zona de la piscina podría mejorar, estaba un poco sucia (la piscina no, la zona de alrededor) y algunas hamacas estaban rotas.
