Beach Colony is a PRIME location along the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. The resort is also in close proximity to Broadway at the Beach, convention center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
The Space:
The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 2nd floor, direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom apartment located at Beach Colony Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 6 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the left is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity, oversized mirror, and toilet. The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet within the bathroom.
Continuing down the hallway, the bedroom is also located on the left side of the apartment. The bedroom features 2 queen beds, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV, shutter-style windows that open into the living area, and a bedroom door for privacy.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 2nd floor offers great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, full-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and access to the private balcony.
The kitchen area is also located in the living area as well. The kitchenette features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. In 2021, the floors in the hallway, kitchen, bedroom, and living area were completely redone. The carpet was removed and new, laminate flooring was installed!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Our guests will have access to several amenities at the resort. To start, you will be able to enjoy multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and an outdoor lazy river. Guests will also have access to an exercise room, laundry facilities, arcade, racquetball court, free wireless internet, free parking, and free beach access. This condo is literally just a few steps to the beach!

Been coming to beach colony a few times a year now over my 7yrs being retired, and I loved this place the most. A few updates could help, but I’m figuring that I’m only there to sleep. The majority of the fun is outside the unit.

Beach Colony was a wonderful, clean, fun place to stay! So much to do with 5 pools & 2 hot tubs, lazy river, sauna, cornhole boards, hammocks, large game room, pool tables, restaurant, & gift shop! The grounds are beautiful & a very short walkway to the beautiful Beach! Location is close to many attractions & delicious food! Casago Myrtle Beach handled our checkin/checkout & all communications for anything we needed. They were quick to answer any questions or needs for our unit. They were so kind & very professional. I highly recommend Casago & The Beach Colony Myrtle Beach!

This was an excellent overall stay! The kids enjoyed the pools, game room, and Cannonballs for snacks and drinks. The resort is a bit dated but attendants were always cleaning in the halls etc.
Our room was just as described and plenty spacious for 5/6 adults/ teens. My ONLY complaint was that we had 4 bath towels 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. We used our beach towels the first day (6 of us) but once they were sandy we had to run to Walmart and buy a few extras. We even washed them once. I would suggest doubling the towels and the shower did not drain well, other than that GREAT STAY!
