These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- Parking:
Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Please ensure that your parking permits are displayed at all times.
- Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice.
- If you lose a parking permit during business hours, please pick up a spare from our office.
- After hours, you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance staff.
- No Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property.
Laser pointers are not permitted.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
If the booking is made for a group of individuals, all persons in the group must be over 25 years of age.
- This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, at least one parent must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement:
A signed rental agreement is required before your stay.
The agreement will be emailed to you, and it must be returned by fax, USPS, or email.

Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The apartment was mostly picked up and wiped down. The shower had black hair in the drain and the toilets have likely NEVER been scrubbed on the inside. (Disgusting) The main bedroom smelled of Mildew.

Great place! Clean and everything you needed. Only thing was the master bath fan was not working. So hopefully that gets fixed before owner starts to have mold issues. I was very satisfied with this place and will absolutely rent again.

During our stay we had an issue with appliances. The property managers were super responsive and tried their best to keep me updated, however they reported waiting on response from the unit owner. We did not get this resolved during the week that we were there (even though we called on the second day).
The unit had basic cleanliness standard: clean sheets and towels were provided, trash cans were empty with new bags. However there were layers of dust on furniture, food crumbs on the couch and lots of mildew in the master bath. This place needed a good deep clean.
One of the 4 balcony chairs was also cracked. Good thing we had a cooler to sit on with our 4 person reservation.
Location was great, overall facility was clean and felt safe.
