This sunlit vacation rental features a well-equipped full kitchen with breakfast bar, seating for six, and a comfortable living area with with a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. Guests can also enjoy a variety of on-site amenities including shared indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness room.

This 23-story gulf-front resort is loaded with amenities including over 10,000 square foot gulf front pool and hot tub, heated indoor pool and hot tub, covered parking on-site, front desk check-in, fitness center, two tropical bars serving food and cocktails, coffee/donut shop, pizza shop, beach activities and rental services, high-speed internet access, and more.

The beachfront location of this condo also puts you in a great spot for experiencing all the fun of Panama City Beach. Right across the street from a Super Walmart complete with a grocery store. Pineapple Willy's Beach Front Restaurant is right next door! Within walking distance to food, fun and attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, Wonder Works Upside Down Adventure, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, shopping, and more! Pier Park is just under six miles from this property, and offers a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun, vibrant setting. Head five miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and enjoy a shuttle boat tour. Or hop on a ferry over to Shell Island-it's only accessible by boat!

Terrific Location! Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful views - I loved sitting on the balcony with my cup of coffee. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for ours stay.The host was superb! Great communication and was very helpful when needed. Terrific - Love it -Thank you.
