Great place to stay in Estes park! A convenient location, clean, and had a super well stocked kitchen

Great location for anything you want to do in Estes Park. We hit a warm weather spell so ran into 80 degrees inside the home each afternoon when we got home. No AC is fine, there were fans for each bedroom. Some of the windows didn’t have screens however. All in all, it was a nice home, quiet neighborhood felt secure, definitely convenient.

This house was perfect for our family of six adults and two young children. It had everything we needed in terms of living spaces and was so well-stocked with supplies! The game room was great for the kids and the three couples appreciated a bathroom with each of the three bedrooms. The location was just right - both close enough to town to be convenient and far away enough to feel we were in the mountains. Communication with the host was easy and she responded promptly. The home was also spotless when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return to Estes Park and stay here again.

Communication was very good. I received check-in instructions before arrival date. All questions were answered timely. The appliances are old. The size of the home was excellent and inside was clean. The yard has obviously been neglected. The windows were very dirty so it was not possible to get good pictures of the beautiful elk in the yard daily. There is no air conditioning and it was hot every day. All of the blinds were in terrible condition. One of the blinds disintegrated when I moved it to open the window. The thermostat was displaying a heat warning because it was over 80 degrees in the house. Most of the screens were missing. The sliding door to back porch was hard to open and so was the screen. There was carpet all over and I am not a fan of carpet in a rental. With some attention to these details it would be an excellent rental
