Given incorrect information on start up instructions: Wi-Fi was incorrect.
Unit was not ready. We got there late and the cleaning team was there (however, they gave us the Wi-Fi). Shower still had hair remaining. Toilet lid would not stay up by itself. No TV remote, could not watch TV. Screen Door would not close (rod bent),
The kitchen was updated and the reason we rented the house (in town to host Mom's birthday party) Everything worked and it good space (dishwasher did stink).
Bedrooms were fine. The location is great; convenient to anything in Florence.
