The location is excellent adn the area was great. The unit is at the end of the row of townhomes next to the beach walkover. Having a garage was nice too. The certain parts of the townhome are a bit dated and has some minor age issues like squeaky floorboards on the 2nd floor under the carpet in the master bedroom. The place was clean and the manager was easy to deal with before and during our stay.

Love the property. Hurricane Milton had other plans for us. We left on Tuesday morning. It was my understanding that a mandatory evacuation was ordered later that day. I would hope that some part of our vacation will be refunded.

My wife and our toddler spent four nights here in mid-September. Overall, it was a good stay in a safe location.
Positives: You are adjacent to a fun mini golf course and within a 5 minute drive of several amazing restaurants. The unit is right next to the boardwalk out to the beach so you literally cant get any closer to the beach than this unit. The king bed was a very comfy memory foam mattress and there was plenty of closet space. Also, there were tons of towels which is very handy with a toddler. The cable and WiFi were not working when we got there, but one call to the rental company had them up by the second day and the wifi was indeed fast.
Less than positives: The garage door does not have a remote, so one person had to get out in the rain every time we came or went from the condo. The living room couch and upstairs patio furniture were ok, but definitely in the twilight of their lifetimes.
