The property Le Marina Bay by Go Florida Condo is located in the best possible location, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach of Sunny Isles.
The Space:
Classic two bedroom suite (more than 1250 square feet) perfect for a stay up to 4 people, the best option for your “home away from home” with direct view on the Intracoastal.

1 king bed, 2 queen beds
Maximum occupancy 6 people
Full equipped kitchen and living room
In-room laundry facilities
Free parking for 1 vehicule
Free Wi-Fi internet access
Beach towels, beach chairs and parasol
During your stay at Le Marina Bay, take a moment to relax by the pool or the hot tub.
Conditions and house rules:
-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.
-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. The host will meet you onsite. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in $50 fees applies for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after 10PM.
-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.
-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out $50 fees applies for late departure until 3PM. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.
The Neighborhood:
Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkelling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at the penthouse suite. I liked how they had the place set up and the area was peaceful. The location was close to many stores if you needed anything. We will be coming back and do recommend this place to everyone!!
