This unique space is located on the ground of the house. The owner lives on the second floor. Outside, you’ll have a vast 20 sqm terrace, the perfect spot to admire the stunning mountain views, breathe in the fresh countryside air, and enjoy the melodic chirping of birds. Pet lovers will also have the possibility to bring along their furry companion to roam and play in the garden (please note: the area is not fully fenced).

This large apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside, you’ll have a spacious and stylish apartment, with an inviting open-plan living area featuring a 48" TV and ultra-fast 1Gbit optic fiber Internet/Wifi, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

There is a well-equipped bathroom with a WC, and an additional separate WC for convenience.

Please note: The third bedroom does not have a window or its own air conditioning. However, it is equipped with a fan and a electric heating, and together with the air conditioning in the living room, it is generally possible to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during your stay.

The guest can charge their electrical vehicle during their stay for an additional 10 euros / night.
