Great location near downtown Fort Myers. However, it could use a little upkeep. Several lights didn't work and the hand rail for the steps is about to fall off. Didn't look like it had had a thorough cleaning in a while (found someone slippers left behind under one bed).

The house is lovely and in a great location. Within easy walking distance to downtown and stones throw away from two microbrewery’s.

Our flight was cancelled two hours before boarding. There were no other flights due to spring break. We weren’t able to go. I’m not about to rate the unit. I got a partial refund and was told if they were able to book it they would do a full refund. I checked everyday and the until wasn’t available meaning sometime else was able to book it. I’m still waiting on my full refund
