Spacious home. Clean. Close to the beach. Hot tub was clean and worked great. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable.

House was huge, but was not what photos depicted. Exterior was dirty and patios were too dingy to be used. Mold in garage refrigerator and very little water pressure in multiple bathrooms.
SkyRun Kiawah (property management company) was great about getting a plumber out quickly to fix issues, and they sent an employee to help us clean. They and the owner also agreed to refund us for one day/night, as it took us nearly an entire day to get everything functional.
Potential to be a great property, but defirnetly needs some TLC.
