Ocean front cozy condo. The unit is located in The Terraces at Beachside. This is a desired location on the island. It is less than 2 miles from Downtown Fernandina. This unit is set up to be your home away from home. We have all the items you will need to enjoy your vacation.

Perfect vacation thanks to this lovely condo! Could not have asked for more! Parking was a bit of a hassle with a bigger truck but doable. The host was great and always responded quickly. 10/10!!! Would highly recommend this to others! Thanks for a very memorable 50th birthday and summer vacation!

Excellent location and accommodation. We would and most likely will stay here again. Could not have been any easier and we loved it.

This property is in an excellent location--convenient for biking into Fernandina and Fort Clinch.The walk to the beach was a very short and easy one. It was also clean, but I do feel that the pictures misrepresented the view from the unit, which appears to be of the ocean, but that is only a portion of the view. Most of the views from the unit are of the back of the The Sand Bar restaurant, parking areas, and common boardwalks to the beach and pool.Unfortunately, the balcony is also adjacent to the heating and air system of this restaurant, which adds noise and heat so that the balcony is not comfortable to sit on, no matter the time of day. Lastly, you cannot leave the curtains open in any of the common areas and one of the bedrooms as the windows face very public areas. All the windows were in need of cleaning and a couple had seals that were broken, so they were permanently "foggy".
