The living room is spacious, has two separate seating areas, and is flooded with natural light. Doors open from the living room right out onto your private beachfront deck with a private elevated pool! Stairs lead from your private deck to a boardwalk to a quiet and lovely beach!! The house has 6 king bedrooms each with private baths and 2 bunk rooms that share a bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to dine in and entertain, and the large dining table is perfect for your family feast! This home is where you will make the most amazing beach memories whether you are traveling with your best friends, your large extended family, or a group of families!! Having to lave is the only thing you will not love about Orange Beach East!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking allowed.
* Private Pool - Pool Heat is available for an additional charge. Pool heating is available for guest comfort; however, outdoor weather conditions—such as cool temperatures, wind, or rain—can significantly affect the water temperature. While the heater runs continuously when activated, we cannot guarantee that any specific temperature will be reached or maintained. Please note that we do not recommend heating the pool when outdoor temperatures are expected to be 50°F or below, as the heater will struggle to raise or sustain the desired temperature in those conditions. Pool heat is refundable up to two days prior to arrival. Once activated, the fee is not refundable, as it covers the additional energy costs while the heater is operating. Thank you so much for your understanding. If you have any questions or would like guidance based on your stay dates, we're always happy to help!
* Signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's licensed (verified) required to confirm your reservation.
* No refunds if you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date (we recommend travel insurance).

Enjoyed the place. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke. Other than that the host did a good job communicating with us and the location was perfect!! Beautiful house.

This is an ideal place to stay for a larger family or group staying in Orange Beach. Very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. The beach view off the main living area is fantastic! We communicated via email and text and had no problems. We also had no problems while staying there. The pool was a great place to hang out, relax and ready a book. My grandkids loved it! We all agreed to stay here again next time we visit Orange Beach.

The family was thoroughly impressed by the unit and location to the beach. It was great having a pool right out the back patio door. The only thing I would recommend would be the replacement of one of the refrigerator/freezers since the freezer did not freeze well. Excellent for a large family which allowed so much space for gatherings or personal time.
