Adjacent the Farmers' Market, located in the shadow of the Capitol in downtown Nashville, Bicentennial Capitol Mall/Park gives visitors a taste of Tennessee’s history, natural wonders and serves as a lasting monument to Tennessee’s Bicentennial Celebration, which was June 1, 1996. With just a simple walk in the 19-acre park, visitors can experience many facets of Tennessee’s history - including a 200-foot granite map of the state, a World War II Memorial, a 95-Bell Carillon, a Pathway of History and the Rivers of Tennessee Fountains. The 11 planters along the Walkway of Counties show native plant species from different regions of the state. The two page park map is a helpful and informative tool for those wishing to take a self-guided tour of the park.
Adjacent the Bicentennial Park is the First Tennessee Park.
Nashville's new ballpark opened in the spring of 2015 and is located in the city's Germantown neighborhood. The state-of-the-art facility is the official home of the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, the Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers; but also serves as an events center for concerts, festivals, and various smaller public and private events.
Germantown, across from the Farmers Market, is considered one of Nashville’s hottest areas. Award-winning restaurants, trendy bars, and proximity to downtown make this neighborhood one of Nashville’s most desirable.

All right this was a three sister retreat so we wanted three bedrooms. We found we found the kitchen extremely stocked well there was actually some extra things in the closet that we could use spices, etc. that other people had left. The three bedrooms had the most comfortable beds in them. They also had great four damn pillows in each room a TV in each room. The shower was equipped with a three and one body soap shampoo by Kirks we all really really like the product that one of my sisters ordered some. The check-in process was easy. The code was sent to me hours before we were there. The checkout process was the same. We were asked to do the dishes take out the trash and basically that was it shut the door in a way we went highly recommend this house,. The decor was absolutely fitting for this house in Nashville and in every single room the decor was beautiful.

This adorably decorated home is the perfect resting place after a long day on Broadway! We appreciated that the host responded quickly to messages during our stay. The home was clean, well stocked, and had off street parking. Can’t wait to plan our next Nashville trip so we can stay again.

House was so nice. It’s just not a 4 minute walk to Broadway like advertised. It’s a 35 minute walk. Besides that, everything was great.

The house was beautiful and spotless, very roomy! Broadway was too far to walk to, but we took Uber's which were plentiful. There was no bar or restaurant on the property as stated in the VRBO listing. The Host was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
