One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.

We love One Seagrove and visit every year! The building is so nice with all the amenities we need and more. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful! Even the vendors who are working on various condos are friendly and polite! Our condo this year was 405! It was amazing, especially with the added "balcony" area! They had nice chairs and a round table where we ate our lunch everyday! It was nice to get out of the sun for a few minutes. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Only down side was carpet in the bedrooms and the kitchen cabinets (especially the doors) could use an update! That is not a deal breaker for us, but some people may not feel the same! All in all, our stay was perfect! We can't wait to return! One Seagrove will always be our go to!
