The Space:
Welcome to Seaport – Your Cozy Midtown Beach Escape
Just steps from the ocean, Seaport offers a relaxed, family-friendly setting in the heart of midtown. This charming beach building features six individual units, each thoughtfully decorated in light, neutral coastal tones to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your getaway.
Each unit includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a private en suite with a stand-up shower, while the second full bath, with a tub/shower combo, is conveniently located off the main hallway near the additional bedrooms. Queen beds were newly replaced in October 2024 to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with standard appliances, brand-new gas stoves, and all the cooking essentials—pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, a microwave, toaster, and drip coffee maker. While the space is cozy, you'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the front porch with a large picnic table.
For your convenience, each unit is stocked with dish soap, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper products. Guests staying longer may wish to bring or purchase additional items during their stay.
We provide all bedding and bath towels, so you can pack light—but don't forget your beach chairs and umbrellas for a day in the sand!
Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the unit and a TV in every bedroom and living area, perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a fun-filled day at the beach.
Please Note: Seaport was built in the 1970s, and while we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, sound can carry between units due to the original building design. Guests should be aware that some noise from neighboring units may be heard.

Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with keyless entry. A pin will be sent before your stay. This allows you to go straight to your rental without having to stop at another location to pick up keys.
The Neighborhood:
Seaport is located on the most narrow point of the barrier island. This location provides views of both the bay and ocean!

Getting Around:
Ocean City is easily drivable. Depending on your destination it is also easy to get around on foot. There is also a beach bus that stops approximately every 15 minutes at designated stops.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 25+ to rent
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated
Early check-ins are not available June-August. Off season months depend upon availability and cannot be determined until the day of check in. We can not determine days prior to check in if housekeeping will have the unit ready earlier than 3pm.
LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. We provide enough TP, paper towels and trash bags to get you started. Please bring your own supply to last your stay. BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED.

The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for our quick getaway! All the amenities were as promised and useful in making our stay comfortable.

Overall a nice place. Owner was very responsive & quickly responded to questions & issues. Having linens & basic supplies provided was great. TVs in every room & was a clean place. Parking in the provided lot was very narrow, but we typically parked on the street. Bedroom with 2 twin beds had handles & trim that jutted out & everyone banged their shins on them. Some damage in bathtub. Oven is very small. But no major issues & it's right off the beach which was great!

We booked the stay for our wedding. The property was amazing and Brooke was super nice and helped when needed. We will definitely book with her again!

The property is in a great location in the middle of Ocean City. Parking was great, unit was small but it had all we needed for a long weekend.
