This beachfront villa is located on the truly private, Bengal Beach. Fantasy is nestled on a 1-acre lot in a gated community. Staff includes a chef, butler and housekeeping. Also included are grocery delivery services for a worry-free retreat. Fantasy has 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. With it's own full-sized pool and patio just 30 feet from the beach, we offer a truly relaxing vacation on our golden sanded beach.

We also have another 5 bedroom beachfront villa right beside this villa Fantasy. This villa Fantasy is a 6 bedroom situated on a 1-acre lot, and the other villa Beachnut (4254709) is a 5 bedroom situated on a 1/2-acre lot. Each villa has its own private pool. Renting both villas side by side is perfect for larger groups.
FANTASY is a 6-bedroom beachfront villa situated on the private "Bengal Beach" in Rio Bueno harbour. Located on the beautiful north coast of Jamaica in the middle between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport is just 45 minutes away. Come swim in the Caribbean & taste the "finest flowers" Jamaica has to offer under star-filled skies. Enjoy exploring our north coast and the many island activities and attractions within close proximity. Get away from the fast passed life and leave rejuvenated from soaking up the positive vibes of our beautiful property and island. YEH MAAN!
The Villa is a open layout design where the living and dinning room seamlessly flows into the patio which seamlessly flows on to the yard/beach.
AMENITIES:
200 feet of private beach. The sand on the beach is golden and there is are no rocks in the water - just sand.

Many close by within 45 mins drive: DolfinCove, Dunn River Falls, Zipline, ATV tours, Whitewater tubing, Horse back riding etc.
MEALS & GROCERIES
The rental cost does not include meals and drinks. If you want the villa pre-stocked with groceries, I will email you a Grocery List Form to fill out which I would then forward to the supermarket. The supermarket will have the groceries delivered on check-in day. Then a representative from the supermarket will come to the villa and take payment via cash or credit card the day before you check-out.
Generally guests pre-order groceries for the first 4 days and plan meals for those first 4 days. After arriving at the villa guests then discuss future meals with the cook and have the cook order additional groceries.
From the supermarket: The cost per person per day is $25 - $50 USD depending on the groceries order.

Please note that gratuity is not included in the total cost. Customarily gratuity amount is 10% of rental costs. Our staff members do their best to take care of our guests. Please return the courtesy and tip considerately.

Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this property to anybody that is considering it. It is exceptionally maintained and the properties match the pictures. Mat also has a video walkthrough on YT that I highly recommend. More importantly, the service was phenomenal. Oliver and the team do a great job of anticipating your needs, so you find that they generally a step ahead of you all the time. Ms. Jean's cooking is amazing and the housekeeping and groundskeeping crews work very hard to maintain the property well.

We had the most incredible stay at this property! We rented both villas for a group of 19 celebrating a 40th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. The villas themselves are beautiful, and the beaches were spotless and absolutely stunning. Water was clean and it is very private (only a few villas on the beach). Communication with the host was easy and I always got a quick response when I had questions. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The food was delicious every single day. We let Jean do her thing and pick our meals and she did not disappoint. Oliver and Milton went above and beyond to make sure we always had everything we needed, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.Traveling with a large group can be tricky, but they handled everything seamlessly and made it feel effortless. They made the birthday celebration so special, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. They even set up bonfires on the beach for us a couple of nights and it was perfect.We’re already talking about booking again. Highly, highly recommend!
