Welcome to The Lake Escape, a brand-new, custom-built retreat that offers a lakeside experience like no other. Designed with both relaxation and recreation in mind, this exceptional home combines luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and modern style to create the perfect year-round getaway for families and friends.
As you step through the front door, you're immediately welcomed into an expansive, light-filled living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly connect. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features a large island for prepping meals or gathering with loved ones, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals and conversation. The cozy living room offers ample seating, a large smart TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance on cooler days. Accordion-style Nano doors open up to create a stunning indoor/outdoor experience with panoramic views of the lake and visiting wildlife.
The main floor also features a spacious primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and plenty of closet space. Upstairs, you'll find two additional sleeping areas: one is a private bedroom with another en-suite bath, and the other is a fun and flexible bunk/media room with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a cozy couch, and oversized bean bags—perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who wants to lounge and unwind.
Head downstairs to discover the ultimate game and family room. This inviting space includes generous seating, another big-screen TV for streaming, a wet bar, and a variety of games for all ages. Another set of Nano doors opens to the lower deck and your private dock, providing instant access to the lake. Fishing right off the dock is always a popular pastime. There’s even a two-person dry sauna for the ultimate post-adventure wind-down. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the lower level.
For those bringing their own watercraft, the Holmes Road boat ramp is just 0.4 miles away, making lake access easy and convenient. Please note that fishing on the lake requires a valid state permit, as this is a state-owned waterway.

Large house. Well stocked kitchen items. Very nice bathrooms and showers. Easy access dock. We picked a good weather week for sailing. Calm enough in the mornings for paddleboarding. Overall, this is a very nice place. Not cheap, but well worth the price. They could get away with charging more.

We stayed at this gorgeous lake house this past weekend for a reunion with friends, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. There were plenty of beds so everyone had their own space, along with cozy hangout areas both upstairs and downstairs that were ideal for chatting, playing games, and spending time together. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with a large fridge for all of our groceries, everything we needed to cook during our stay, and even a grill. We especially loved the space heaters on each deck, which made it easy to sit outside, stay warm, and enjoy the incredible lake views. The location was also amazing with the beach, town, and grocery store were all less than five minutes away, making it super convenient for last-minute items, sunset trips to the ocean, and enjoying the Oregon coast. The house was spotless, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with extras like kayaks and paddle boards for fun on the water. Even with a large group, parking worked out well, as the driveway comfortably fit about five cars with room to squeeze in a few more. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and made for such a memorable weekend together.

This was our third stay at the property, and it continues to impress. The home is incredibly family-friendly and well-equipped with everything you need. Being right on the lake with the ocean just a short distance away makes the location especially unique.
Our kids absolutely love the upstairs bunk beds, and the porch views are unbeatable, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The property is very clean and thoughtfully maintained, which really enhances the overall experience.
We’ll definitely be back again and would highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a comfortable, memorable getaway.
