Tucked away in a private location in Granite Bay, the perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Folsom Lake is known for the most amazing scenic biking routes, hiking trails, and picnic areas. Enjoy boating, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, and fishing. Visit amazing local wineries, breweries, local markets, restaurants, and cultural sites, offering a well-rounded vacation experience.
The space
The house is a and tastefully furnished, designed to provide comfort and convenience. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. It features four bedrooms, each and equipped with cozy beds to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests. This recently updated home is well stocked with essential amenities. Covered parking for your wake-board boat, truck, and RV!
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely setting to enjoy meals together while overlooking the scenic beauty outside.

Enjoy the entire home, back yard, and enchanting covered patio area.
Other things to note
Bring your passwords to enjoy streaming services on the large screen Fire TV. High speed Internet, Board games, BBQ, and Highchair.
There is a Ring Doorbell near the front door and a Ring Camera on the Garage facing the driveway.
You may see the pool service guy or gardeners in the front or backyard during your stay.

Loved visiting the Granite Bay Area. Historic Folsom was awesome the Folsom Sanctuary Zoo was great even though it was 100 degrees. Went to golfland water park so much to do in the area. House was like home with an amazing pool, hot tub and patio area. Thank you Kim and Luis very accommodating hosts 5 stars for sure.

Great backyard for pet. Pool & hot tub were clean and outdoor area very welcoming. House was nicely decorated and beds were comfy.

Property was great. The host was phenomenal with great communication and kindness. A few things that we wish would have been better. The pool was not clean. We wanted to grill and went to clean it, the grill brush was so worn down. We tried to use aluminum foil and that was almost completely gone, so ran out and had nothing to use for leftovers. The dish soap was almost gone, so washing bottles was tough. All minor things. The property was great and the kids had a blast.

This was our second time staying at Kim and Luis’s home, and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. That alone says a lot! They continue to be incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything is seamless and comfortable. The home is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a reliable and welcoming experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
