A lovely townhouse, but the listing said a bbq was available. We brought steaks to do a family bbq as our family was arriving at different times, only to discover that no bbq was on the property. The owner did apologize for the error in the listing, but it was too late for us at that point. Some household items were missing such as a wine opener, and sufficient wine glasses. Tea towels would have also been handy. Otherwise it was a lovely house.

The house is as pictured. When we arrived (a very hot day), the house was 74 degrees on the main floor and much hotter upstairs, where all 3 bedrooms are located. It took 6 hours for the bedrooms to cool to a comfortable temperature, greatly impacting our enjoyment of the property. In the future, I hope the manager will make fans available and also program the thermostat to align with the arrival of guests.
