Windancer is a private community in the heart of Miramar Beach. It features a 4-story Beach Front condominium and a handful of cottages with private pools. Located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, Windancer is close to many favorite local eateries and just a couple blocks from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonally heated, Gulf Front community pool, step down the boardwalk to the beach, and grill up a feast at the Gulf Front BBQ area. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We stopped for 2 days on our way back to new england. Enjoyed the oceanfront room. Property was clean and comfortable.

Great place to be at the beach.Having chair & umbrella service for the beach was awesome! The unit was nice.Not upper scale, but I wasn’t looking for upper scale, just a clean decent place to stay, and this fit the bill! Will definitely stay again!!

Near the beach a plus! Good view and easy walk to the beach.
This particular unit compared to others in Windancer was more affordable for sure.
Windancer is not a high rise. 4 floors max and using the stairs was the easiest. A plus for sure as elevator is slow.
Very central location to shops, grocery, and restaurants.
Beach Chairs included in the price of this unit!
Plenty of parking!

Condo units have paper thin ceilings and floors. You can hear every step of your neighbors above. Our below neighbors said the same of us.
Beach chairs are packed right beside each other on the beach. No personal room between you and the umbrella set up 2 feets on either side of you. No question, these need to be better spaced. This was most disappointing.
Gate (manual) code to enter and exit the beach area - Good security but a pain to do each time you are going in and out. If you stay on the1st floor at Windancer...this not an issue.
This particular unit was slightly outdated in decor. Not a deal breaker, but the sofa and loveseat probably need replacing soon.
Unit below us were smokers and there is no way to stop them from smoking on their ground floor patio.
